ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
All packages are stored in the Netherlands and dispatched from there. Please take into account a processing time of 1-3 business days, and the following shipping time (estimation):
- The Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
- EU: 1 week
- The United States & Canada: 1-2 weeks
- Everywhere Else: 2 to 4 weeks
If you need your package by a certain date please leave me a message when ordering. I'll try my best to meet your wishes!
TRACKING & INSURANCE
Standard shipping is with DHL Parcel and always includes insurance and Track & Trace services. You'll receive your tracking code right after we dispatch your package.

Where is my order shipped from?
Our products are stored in the Netherlands and dispatched from there through public postal services.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Standard shipping always includes insurance and Track & Trace :) you can find your tracking code in the dispatch notification or in the order specifications. If you're experiencing any problems with tracking your package please always feel free to contact me.

I'm in love with a sold-out item
Do not hesitate to let us know so we can see what we can do. Please take into account that we cannot assure you it will be an exact copy because everything is made by hand using natural materials (ej. gemstones).
My order is a gift
We always deliver everything beautifully packed and never add packing slips to packages (for environmental reasons), so you don't have to worry about that! If you want your package to be extra gift-wrapped in style with special wrapping paper and a ribbon make sure to select the gift-wrap option when placing your order! And if you want to add a special message please let us know as well so we’ll make sure to add a little card with your text :)
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
All items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and we ship everything in protective boxes. If an item arrives damaged despite our packaging please contact me with a detailed photo so we can solve it (refund, send other item, etc.)
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
I'm responsible for your order to arrive safely at the destination address, however, delays caused by customs or local post companies in destination countries are not within my control. Please contact me so can I inform my shipping provider to find out what's going on! If your package doesn't arrive within 2 months I'll refund the whole order.
